Cowabunga, dudes and dudettes!  Today is totally tubular because it marks my Second Blogiversary.  That’s right: the Thinking Closet’s turning TWO!  {Whoo hoo!}

Way Back When…

Two years ago, on an ordinary Thursday, I created a WordPress account, picked a blog theme by the name of Splendio, and published my first post: The Namesake where I told the story behind the original “Thinking Closet” of my youth.

In fact, let’s take a jaunt back in time for a moment to recall what the blog looked like in those early days.  Thanks to the Wayback Machine and Wayne’s World dissolve, time-travel is possible!

One of the things I never expected when I first started blogging was the incredible community of bloggers and readers I would have the privilege of knowing.  In fact, I’m almost certain that I would not still be blogging if it wasn’t for that community.  This community.
