35 Gorgeous Spring Wreaths
There’s no better way to welcome in a new season than to display it on your front door in the form of a wreath! Am I right? In fact, I may have gone a little wreath-overboard this spring season because I have not one, not two, but tha-ree spring wreaths decorating our home. (Yowza, Lauren! Obsessed much?)
I have my Trend-tastic Felt Flower Wreath on our red front door…
…my Fabric Spring Wreath on the inside of that door…
…and a third-soon-to-be-revealed wreath as part of a spring mantel display. Stay tuned! {UPDATE: Click here to check out our Rustic Vintage Spring Mantel Display with Boxwood Wreath.}
And so, to curb my enthusiasm a bit and keep me from wreath-i-fying every door and surface in our home, I’ve collected a gorgeous array of spring wreaths right here for our mutual enjoyment. Click through to pin these gems from their original sources. And prepare to be inspired!
(Note: I ask your forgiveness in advance for the awful puns in my sub-categories. I couldn’t help myself.)
Spring Wreath Round-Up
Felty Towers
If you want some crochet and felting inspiration, definitely stop by Kara’s corner of blogland! This burlap wreath with felted rosebuds is evidence enough.
I’m in awe of the bright and bold colors Melissa used in her springtime wreath this year:
Not only did she end up with some springy decor, but ChiWei also used her wreath to display their house number!
I love how my girl Rachel was totally ahead of the hexagon trend when she whipped up this felt flower beauty two years ago!
A Bunting We Will Go!
My favorite thing about Laura’s burlap wreath is that it’s changeable with the seasons! Genius, right?
If spring were represented in a single color, I feel like it’s the muted green Emily captured in her spring wreath banner:
How cute is this bunting made of pom poms that Chelsea whipped up?!
Who’s the Moss Boss?
Meredith artfully used Spanish Moss to instantly spring-ify the monogram on her spring wreath!
And look at the pretty pastels Claire worked into her springy Easter wreath:
I think it’s the interplay of the textures of the moss and burlap in Michele’s wreath that make it so springy fabulous!
And the mossy-looking grass in Krista’s Easter bunny wreath is actually made from eyelash yarn from the Dollar Tree! I feel a Dollar Tree run coming on….
Bling it On!
Jenna argues this wreath might be considered a fail…but I don’t think anything could be further from the truth!
I love how Laura was able to re-use some of her wedding decor from 7 years ago in this spring wreath, especially that bling-tastic beaded garland!
The pearl centers Amy added to her rolled rosettes really jazz up her spring wreath!
Melissa brought the bling by working some silk fabric into her rolled linen roses: hello, shabby chic!
Wood You Believe It?!
Who knew wood shims could look so springy? Well, clearly, Steph did when making her bright sunburst wreath!
I’m swooning over the wood slices in Krista’s Easter wreath. In fact, let’s go chop up some tree branches right now!
And I’ll never quite look at a twig the same way again after falling in love with Beth’s creative take on them!
Yarn It!
Check out Steph’s creative use of an embroidery hoop (with actual embroidery)!
I love how the color palette of Meredith’s spring yarn wreath plays off of the blue of her front door so perfectly!
And the little bird’s nest on Amy’s yarn-wrapped wreath is the definition of adorable.
The simplicity of a yarn wrapped wreath form like Fawnda’s provides the perfect backdrop for some big and bold spring paper cut-outs.
Pin-Spired
What evokes the joy of spring better than paper-pinwheels like these that Kirsten used to embellish her wreath?
Or who needs a wreath form when the pinwheels do the trick? (Love it, Sky!)
So Many Weeds, So Little Thyme
This might go down in history as one of the most creative wreaths ever made. No hyperbole. Go Jill!
I love how many different gardening props Kirsten worked into this wreath:
Are You Faux-Real?
The berries on Cheryl’s spring wreath look almost real enough to eat!
And if you have a favorite flower like Meredith’s tulips, you can weave it around a grapevine for a bold and colorful statement wreath:
And I can’t get over how natural this faux hydrangea wreath of Melissa’s turned out. It’s breathtakingly beautiful!
The Anti-Wreaths
I love it when creative gals think outside the box…and make a wreath that is not a wreath…yet totally is.
Like Bethany, who made this super festive door hanger on her already-springy green front door!
The flowers-on-flower design on Sky’s spring wreath from this year is too fun!
Jill does it again with this out-of-the-box use for a bicycle wheel!
And for a grand finale, I give to you Melissa’s floral monogram wonder, which has officially stolen my heart. Isn’t it gorgeous?
There you have it, my friends: 35 gorgeous spring wreaths! Now go forth and wreath-ify.
And have the happiest of weekends!

Stopping by from The Creative Collection Link Party. All of these wreaths are beautiful. Anytime time I see a wreath on a door, it puts a smile on my face. They are so welcoming.
What a great collection of spring wreaths! I can’t believe I haven’t made one for our door yet. Whoops. Where has the time gone?
Pinned 🙂
Wow – what a collection girl!! I am impressed- definitely pinning. And thanks for including mine!!
I don’t think you can ever have too many wreaths. I love the 2 that you have hanging on your door. I have so much felt that I may have to put to good use! Thanks for sharing all of the other wreaths as well. They are all great ideas!
Thanks so much for including my wreath, Lauren!
So many great ideas here! Gotta get crafting!
That means a lot because I know you’re a fellow wreath-lover! Thanks, Nancy!
So many pretty wreaths to be inspired by. I really love the hexagon and the metal bike tire wreath. Thanks for the roundup.
The hexagon and metal bike wheel wreath are so creative, right? Really encourages me to think outside the box in terms of shape and material. So glad you enjoyed the round-up, Erlene!
OK, so just when I see THE one I like best, I look at the next one and… SO many lovely, unique, and creative ideas here! Good job collecting them all for this post, Lauren. I love wreaths, as well as making them. The peachy fabric one you made is totally something that would I would hang on my bedroom window or door. Your category titles made me chuckle, especially “Felty Towers”- it’s namesake being a favourite silly show. As usual, you have inspired me 🙂
I’m really liking the ones with twigs/branches, as well as the ones with little banners strung across them (ehem, yours especially). Such creative ideas throughout, all the way from garden hose to bling! Love that you’re rockin’ the wreaths this spring, and love this here ’round up.
Thanks, sis! It’s funny, I was NOT a wreath person even just 2 years ago…but I think seeing all the creative potential out there when it comes to wreaths, I’ve become a convert!
Holy Spring Wreath round up!!! I am so inspired and thanks so much for including my wreath here as well!! Happy Easter!! xo
Ha ha. You’re so welcome, Claire! I actually had like 33 and really wanted to get to that 35 and I thought, “Hmmm…I’m just going to check Claire’s site and see if she has a springy wreath I can feature.” And sure enough, you did, and sure enough, it was AWESOME! Happy Easter, lovely lady.
All are inspirational and very creative! In addition to yours (of course) I like the twig wreathe, the pinwheel wreathes, and the garden hose/gloves wreath, and the out of the box-non-wreathes! So show-stopping! It’s Friday but Sunday’s coming! xxoo
Those are some of my favorites, too! #greatminds
Yes, Sunday’s a comin’ indeed! Remembering with fondness our family photo shoot in the front yard from Easter in 2009. Our crazy photos on the rock! Wish we could do a re-take of those tomorrow. 😉
We’ll have to do that someday!
It’s ironic, but I (sadly) still have my heart-shaped wreathe up from Valentine’s day.
This is inspiring me to catch up to summer-spring! Thanks for the awesome round-up!
what a great round-up! I especially love the burlap one. of course. and that berry wreath, adorable!
Thanks, Dusty! Yes, I can’t get enough of burlap anything…and I need to be on the lookout for those faux berries at Hobby Lobby next time. They’re divine, aren’t they? (Fun wedding decor, perhaps?)
Thanks so much for featuring my burlap wreath!! Have a wonderful Easter weekend!
My pleasure, Laura! She’s a beaut! Happy Easter weekend to you and yours, friend.
Thanks for including my wreath! So many pretty wreaths. I think I might have to make another one. 🙂
Of course, Laura! I loved your repurposing of your wedding materials…so smart. And such a great way to remember your special day!
Great collection- I can’t decide which one I like best!
Thanks, Melanie! I can’t choose a favorite either!
Great collection of wreaths Lauren!
Thanks, Sandy! It was really fun to pull together. And hard to stop at just 35, ha ha.
I love them all..my only challenge is which one do I love the most!
Right?! Or you could just not choose and make multiple spring wreaths like I have! Ha ha.
Great roundup!! I want to make them all!
Thanks, Kara! That’s my instinct, too…especially after seeing your gorgeous burlap and felted flower wreath!
Thanks so much for sharing my hydrangea wreath and floral monogram! Such a BEAUTIFUL collection! Life to the full! Melissa
Melissa, you seriously have a real gift when it comes to wreath-making. I am in awe of both of yours! Thanks for allowing me to feature them, and thanks for stopping by!
Melissa’s wreathes were lovely! So full, colorful, and artistic!
Hi Lauren! You surprised me, the twig wreath was definitely deep in my archives! Happy Friday!
It definitely deserves its “second spring!” Ha ha. Happy Friday to you, too, Beth!
